Targeting mid- to high-end industrial markets, Geehy has officially launched the APM32F403 cost-performance MCU series. Designed to balance performance, cost, and power efficiency, the series has obtained IEC 60730/60335 functional safety certification and provides a Class B-compliant safety library, enabling customers to accelerate the development of safe and reliable products.

The APM32F403 series delivers high real-time processing performance, rich integration, low power consumption, and cost efficiency on one platform. With strong scalability and portability, it is ideal for charging stations, BMS, encoders, barcode scanners, gaming peripherals, HVAC systems, smart appliances, receipt printers, medical instruments, and security systems.

Powered by an Arm^® Cortex^®-M4F core running up to 120MHz, the APM32F403 integrates a single-precision FPU and two DMA units with 12 data streams for enhanced computational performance. It includes 128KB Flash and 32KB SRAM and is available in four package options: QFN36, QFN48, LQFP48, and LQFP64.

Comprehensive Peripherals for Flexible Application

The APM32F403 integrates a broad range of peripherals to enhance system design flexibility. It features dual CAN interfaces supporting 2.0A and 2.0B (active) protocols at up to 1 Mbit/s, a high-speed USB_OTG controller with PHY, one I²C, four U(S)ART interfaces (with DMA), and two SPI interfaces (up to 18 Mbit/s). It also includes a temperature sensor and two 12-bit ADCs with up to 1 Msps sampling rate for precise, real-time data acquisition.

High Safety & Reliability for Stable Operation

Operating across a wide voltage range of 2.0 V–3.6 V and a temperature range of -40°C to 105°C, the APM32F403 meets industrial-grade reliability standards. It provides strong EMI immunity, with ESD protection rated at ±5000 V (HBM) and ±1000 V (CDM), ensuring dependable operation in harsh environments.

Comprehensive Ecosystem for Accelerated Development

The APM32F403 series seamlessly integrates with Geehy’s hardware and software ecosystem, including the Micro-EVB board and production tools. It supports Keil, IAR, and other IDEs, providing comprehensive documentation, SDKs, and guides to help developers accelerate design, reduce costs, and optimize performance.
